Jackson Browne tried to buy my baritone

Tagged As: Jackson Guitar For Sale

Question:
Jackson played and signed my D18 a number of years back. It's a '73; he showed no signs of wanting to own it! Will Yetter drool increase or decrease the value of the guitar.....

Answer:
Jackson Browne is one of my personal favorite inspirations. He never makes a bad album. They overlook him at the grammys every year. He put out I'm Alive followed by Looking East and both those albums were outstanding and yet the industry makes no comment about them. This only highlights how the industry is genuinely money driven and awards go mostly to money makers and not to artists. caveat: There are exceptions. Sheryl Crow deserves her grammys, but all of Mary J. Blige songs combined don't add up to the talent behind one of Jackson Browne's songs. Perhaps if Jackson Browne had been playing a fine hand-picked Hojo-model baritone guitar he would've been scoring grammys every year.
