If any of you know how I can get a Martin Decal, let me know?

Answer:
If you can't get a Martin decal, How 'bout a Dorgan decal? On a more serious note, maybe Ken Cashion would have some modeling sources that can make decals from photos. Scale RC model builders do it all the time. I've been away from the modeling world for a while but I do recall an outfit in New York and one in Georgia or Florida that used to do decal work.
