Does anyone have suggestions for good sources of vintage guitar parts? Specifically I am looking for 1970s Fender humbuckers (like in a tele deluxe).

Try posting a misc. wanted ad at the vintage guitar website free want ads. If you have a vintage show nearby, sometimes you can find parts there.
