I'm taking lesson, currently on an acoustic guitar, but I'm doing research on the whats the best Electric guitar for under £200 So far I've come up with these recommendations: 1) Encore KC3 Guitar 2) Yamaha Pacifica 016 3) Fender SQUIER Affinity Strat What would you choose for quality, and a good guitar outta these 3 or any recommendations ?

Best guitar for under $200 is a used one that originally cost $400 that's still in great shape. When on a budget, often a used higher line model gives much better bang for the buck than a new low line model. The best advice I ever got is that as a beginner, you need to play an instrument that is of a higher quality than you realize. Many people think they should get something cheapy for now, but if it plays like crap and sounds like crap, you'll end up getting frustrated and possibly give up altogether. You're better off getting a used Fender Standard Strat or something comparable for your $200, making sure it's in good shape before you buy.
