For my beginning students I use Wild Thing for the first lesson A D E D Wild thing You make my A D E D heart sing Etc Or Yellow Submarine - G D C G Em Am C D - Strum each chord once and you'll get the feel. Brown Eyed Girl is a good one too. G C G D Hey where did we go days when the rains came
