Does anyone know anything about the newly released Sunn amplifiers? I'm particularly interested in the bass heads...Opinions on how they sound (comparatively to Ampeg SVT or Trace Elliot V-type heads), how the new heads differ from vintage ones, etc. Also, what's a reasonable street price to pay for the 300T head?

Who makes them? Do they use real Dynaco xfmrs? I know the guy who's got the winding diagrams for the original Sunn/Dynaco xfmrs..I stock output xfmrs that are exact replacements for the 120W Sunns, too. Did these folks get the real deal, genuine copies of the real Sunn xfmrs? This is really bizarre, considering the street prices of old used Sunn amps!
