I think EVERY marshall amp sucks because everyone trying to play metal uses a marshall amp, so they all sound same. the marshall amps are much too expensive, just look how many amps they sale, they should be much cheaper. a valvestate is not tube amp, just a transistor amp. look at peavey classic amps, compare to marshall, and see the difference. Any comment?

maybe they are cheap in the UK, but whats with the other countrys ? it IS a marshall fault when they are expensive in the USA and in Europe ! its the same if ibm pcs would be 1000 $ in the usa and 3000 $ in the UK, and then you say it's not a ibm fault that they are so expensive in the UK as a rule the more products a company sales the cheaper they are. but marshall is still expensive. I did not mean the difference in sound, but in price. a peavey and a marshall use about the same components, but marshall is much more expensive. show me a marshall 30 watt amp, all tube (3 pre amp, 4 post amp) with sovtec tubes, accutronics reverb tank, boost circuit. i can show you a peavey one without problems.
