Anyone got any comments on these? Im thinking of buying a 50W Marshall JCM 900 combo (1 speaker)

I owned the 2x12 JCM-900 Dual Reverb combo. And if I was to typify the tone of this amp I would have to say thin, thin, thin. It has such a weak buzzy tone. This amp does not have the balls of the JCM-800 series. The clean channel is rather ugly. After a few months of frustration, I went and compared the amp to the newer JCM-2000 DSL. In comparison the 2000 really killed the 900. If you are looking for a NEW combo I'd go with a JCM-2000. If you are looking for a used amp I'd go with a JCM-800 (Master volume).
