Anyone know if Roland sells parts for their amplifiers to individuals? Can't find anything on their web site. Not even a phone number. Specifically, I need a channel gain pot for a Roland KC-500 amplifier. It is a little 9mm? unit soldered to the PC board and mounted to the front panel. A dual 100k audio taper type

I just broke down and called them in California from Maryland. To my surprise, they pick up the phone fast, pull up the service manual for your product fast, give you a quick price on the parts fast, and DON'T charge for shipping. I totally change my mind about Roland/Boss!!! I thought that it was hard to get parts. I don't have the number handy, but, if you search for 'Roland Parts' or 'Boss Parts' you'll get the post that has the number. I believe it's a 323 number.
