Flame of Vox dropped off of a rhino in Eastern Wastes last night. I've searched Allakhazam, CastersRealm, and a few poison/alchemy sites with no luck. Anyone familiar with this item?

Every time I loot one, I ask the people around there what it's for. The answer never changes. They always say I think it's for Mage research. I guess I will look it up...
