Question:
I have a Fender Acoustasonic 30 and am wondering if it's safe to play an electric guitar, a Fender Telecaster, through it. Will that hurt the amp in any way becuase it's designed for acoustic-electric guitars? And what about an electric guitar with effects like a distortion box?
Answer:
No damage to anything but your ears. It might be possible to blow the tweeter out (I believe that model has one) but it'll sound so bad you'll probably stop before that happens.
