Question:
Is anyone has any bad experienced about ROLAND service ??? Is it happened to me only ?? Here is my story .... I have my keyboard, D70, repair at the local Roland authorize service center about two months now. I call this shop every week to see the status of my synth. Until today the synth is still in the shop because the repair man is waiting for part, an IC, to be send from Roland. The repair man has called,faxed them at least 3+ times and get no response - no part. And he said this is typical Roland service center. If this going to be the way Roland is doing bussiness. Then I would of think twice before own/purchase another Roland gear in the future. Is there a way to get their attention ??? I like their equipment but their service is very terrible. OR is it happened to me only ???

Roland service used to be a frequent talking point here. I think the general conclusion is always that Roland service is really good in every country in the world except the US
