Can somebody tell me the differences between the Roland E35 keyboard compared to the present range of Roland keyboards (E16... ason). Which present Roland keyboard can be more or less compared with the E35? Is this keyboard suited for a beginner?

i belive that the nearest current equiv. is the e38. it was released around 1 year ago and got several reasonable reviews in the press at that time. like most of the current 'e' range, it has sound canvas sound engine, full midi support and i beliebe that the e38 has a simple 1-part 1000 note sequencer for scratchpad. in UK you can pick these up new for around GBP400 with a bit of bargaining
