Answer:
I am the only new dealer there , we sold over 2500.00 today , not bad for a new dealer ....there were vintage guys there that packed up early and didn't sell a thing !!!!!new gretsch orders and fibes orders , I have been doing this show for 5 years now joem , and although I do not know everything there is to know about vintage and the drum world , I do very well for myself , so please dont judge me or what I do without knowing the circumstances,or for that matter , knowing me !!!! I would appreciate it greatly !!!! Great to see you down there today, Mark. These drum shows are billed as Custom and Vintage Drum Shows, but most vendors also have new equipment available for sale. That's a great attraction for many who are not into the vintage product. I picked up a fantastic specimen of a (new) 20 Turkish alloy Spizz this morning, in fact, after comparing it with a bunch of others. This wouldn't have been possible if the vendors didn't bring new stuff, would it? So just pass over the naive static, Mark. Well done - and you had a nice booth, BTW.
