I play drums since 2 years and a half. Someday , my double bass drum is like every guys of metal bands that play on TV but sometimes , it's so bad . Im not able to do a simple beat with double bass... if someone can help me with this prob , if you have a site or anything , just post me a msg plz !!! Play drum is my passion ... when I'm able to play ...

Buy a double bass drum video, and do the exercises slowly - for hours and hours, until they are easy. Then add a little speed, and do the exercises for hours and hours, until they are easy. Continue adding speed. Continue repeating for hours and hours. Try Double Bass Drumming with Bozzio, Morgenstein, Phillips and Franco. http://www.execpc.com/~dynamic/DrumTips.html You know what helped me, was get a book like rockin bass drum by John Lombardo. It is full of fairly simple bass beats, and then play them with your left foot; DONT go for spped right away, play it slow enough so it sounds right, use different dynamic levels. You can play along to old rock, led zeppelin is a good example, and use your left foot.It takes time, just practice, practice, practice! Also, get a good double bass pedal, at least something like a Tama Iron Cobra, or an axis if you can afford it.
