Hardly. The RM50 has roughly about 500 sounds. A far cry from 1000. When they came out, SAM ASH and Manny's were selling them in NYC for $279 brand new. Used, and harder to find now, they go for $300-$400. Give me a break........ Sorry, you are wrong: It has 500 or so preset voices, another 500 voice 'variations' where you can just tweak easy parameters (tuning, filter etc), and then 128 proper user sound memories. How useful the variation memories are is debatable (I don't use them at all), but they _are_ there. So that's over 1000...
