Does anyone know the differences in the wood and fabrication for a Gibson les paul and Epi? why is there such a price difference? someone asked me and I don't know the awnswer
Answer:
argued a million times in the newsgroup. My rationale, I've been playing since '64, is: I own an epiphone. I play the epiphone sheraton II archtop, rather than a gibson. and, if I wanted to spend enough money to buy the gibson I'd spend it on epiphones and get three or four. More if I were spending gibson es335 money. and a hell of a lot more if I custom ordered a gibson es 335 with sheraton cosmetic and material features.
