Tagged As: Peavey Spectrum Bass
Question:
I would like to get a dedicated bass module for my MIDI keyboard setup and am interested in hearing the Peavey Spectrum (Spectra?) Bass. Problem is, I can't find one. Looks like if I want to hear one, I'll have to buy one. Does anyone have an opinion on this unit? Any recommendations for any other units I might look at?

If the Peavey Spectra(?) bass sounds anything like their midibass, the only real bass sounds came from the bass itself, and not the MIDI setup. All the MIDI stuff sounded rather synthesized to me, even if it claimed to be the Jaco sound.
