Tagged As: Rickenbaker Bass
Question:
I'm trying to decide if I should buy a Rickenbaker. I have tried them out at the local music mart and like their set-up, playability, etc. I'm just wondering what they sound like on record, mixed with the other instruments of a rock band. Anyone know any recordings with good exapmles of the Rickenbaker?
Answer:
The thing about Rick basses is that people either love them or hate them. They definitely have a unique sound and are not as versatile as a good old Fender bass.
