Answer:
Just make sure you plug the cabinet into the speaker output. It sounds like you intend to use a line level monitor out, which will not drive a speaker cabinet! You will have to drive the cabinet with the amplifier in the powered mixer. If the mixer has only one amp, you will not also beable to use the pa for vocal reinforcement (unless you don't mind it coming thru the 4x12!)
