I must apologize in advance for my ignorance of this but I am shopping for a new set of speakers for my PA. In the meantime, the only speakers I have are for a standard audio stereo. I would like to use these for the PA speakers for a few days until I get my new speakers - they will only be used for some rehersals for some amplification of vocals.
Answer:
If the speakers are 8 ohms, use #16 wire. If 4 ohms, use #14 wire. UNLESS, you paid more than $800 for the amplifier. In that case use #12 wire, regardless.
