I have connected a PA speaker (under the hood in my car) to my CB radio output, and the level of the volume of the PA is not loud enough. Is there any amplifer that I can enhance the volume? Which can i use?

Answer:
-You're not going to get a really loud sound out of a 4 watt external speaker. I believe that the cb can put out 7 watts through the pa jack, and if so you should have gotten a 7 watt speaker (or bigger). You can get a bigger speaker if you rig up an amplifier between the cb and the speaker, it's not hard to do.
