I just made the upgrade from Cool Edit to Sonar 4 producer edition. Now I have no clue what I'm doing. I'm gonna have to take it back to scratch and learn to use this program. any hints?

I've just installed Sonar 4 PE and I'm lost, man. I can only get one of the samples to play (first problem) When I play my guitar, the delay is almost 5 seconds (second problem) and most of the controls might as well be in Russian. I did find a tutorial for $29.95 but brush up on your Rocket Science before starting. I don't know dude.
