Question:
Is any one out there using the Fostex VM200 digital mixer??? I can pick one up kinda cheap and I wanted to know if its sliders sent continuous controller messages..and could be used to control DAW track fader movements on a computer. If so...I read it has 3 fader banks...does each one have different settings so that it can control a different set of 8 faders??? Thanks for any help you can give me...I have contacted Fostex to no avail.

Actually, a total of 20 faders, 2 layers of 8 and 1 layer of 4 (effects returns). Internally, the VM200 has a Midi matrix that you can edit for control codes.
