Question:
I am doing my first job using the 744T (it's a back-up so it's not so critical) but what are those who use larger multi-track machines doing for sound logs? I am finding that I don't have near enough room on a 1/2 page form to list the isos along with all the othe shite I have to write into the limited space. Ideas?

If you do not have the time or chance to use a computer to generate the logs (BWFwidget for PC or BWAVlister for Mac, etc) here is what I do so far, if it can be of any help:
